Breakfast

  • 200 g of sliced cucumbers

Lunch

  •  eat a large plate of cucumber salad and a slice of dried bread.

Another recipe:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 300 g of fresh fruits
  •  tea  or coffee without sugar
  • Cucumber
    boil  the potatoes or bake them
  • eat them with   slices of whole wheat bread and a sliced cucumber
  • as a snack cut up some fresh fruits and make a fruit salad
  • for a drink, you can consume coffee or tea but without any sugar.

  • 3 slices of whole wheat bread  or 2 potatoes
  • 150 g of tuna  or 2 eggs with 15 g white meat
  • Cucumber
  • I personally like to combine   bread, tuna and a sliced cucumber,but if you don’t like the  taste of tuna, grill the white meat without oil and eat it with some boiled eggs.

Cucumber Shake drink:

  • A handful of spinach
  • 20 g of almonds and walnuts
  • 1 apple
  • Ginger
  • 1 cucumber

  • put  the apple, cucumber, and spinach in  a blender
  • blend
