5 Exercises to Shape your Body ( VIDEO)

The area directly above  intimate part under the s tomach is a very common problematic area  for women for decades.

 5 exercises and an appropriate diet will  remove unwanted FUPA .

Exercise 1

Plank

  • go into a push-up position to look like a stiff board
  • with your forearms and toes support your body weight
  • remain still for 60 seconds
  • increase for 15 seconds every next week
  • do this 2 to 3 times a day

Exercise 2

Mountain Climbers

  • lie on the floor put your face down,
  •  knees on the ground
  • arms kept straight
  • rise slowly  to  a push-up position
  • legs remain in the same line as your body
  • move the left leg towards your left hand to put pressure to your lower abs
  • take your left leg to the normal position
  • repeat with the right leg
  • do  2 to 3 sets of 20 repetitions a day

3.Pelvic Thrusts

  • lie down on the floor
  • face the ceiling
  • bend your knees
  • keep the feet  flat
  • put your arms on your sides and palms facing the floor
  • tighten the abdominal muscles
  • lift up the buttocks with your heels
  • do this 2- 3 times a day

Exercise 4

Reverse Crunches

  • lie down on the floor
  • face the ceiling
  •  hands behind the head
  • bend your knees
  • pull in both the knees towards the chest and  tightening the abdominal muscles
  • stay for 5 seconds with your back is fully straight
  • release the knees
  • pull in again
  • do 2 sets of 15 repetitions each.

Exercise 5

Yoga poses

  •  yoga poses are focused on breathing correctly
  • take up some yoga class to stretch and tighten your body.

1.Vitamin C

  • it faster elevates stress hormones back to normal
  • two servings a day of bell peppers, oranges, or strawberries are good .

2.Omega-3 Fatty Acids

  • Eat more fish, walnuts, flaxseeds, and chia seeds  to reduce stress hormone levels in your system
  • 2000mg daily (about 3 oz. of salmon or 1/4 cup of walnuts) will do .
