3 Day Military Diet Plan For Quick Weight Loss!

One regime that is strict and requires military dedication.

You can include nonstick cooking spray, mustard, spices, lemon juice, calorie-free sweetener, water, tea and black coffee.

Duration:

  • 3 days
  • a 4-day break
  • repeat if needed

Day 1:

Breakfast:

  • ½ grapefruit, a slice of toast,
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 cup of coffee or tea

Lunch:

  • ½ tuna, a slice of toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea

Dinner:

  • 3 ounces of meat, 1 cup green beans,
  • ½ banana or some other fruit, 1 apple, 1 cup of ice cream (vanilla flavor)

Day 2:

Breakfast:

  • 1 egg, a slice of toast,
  • ½ bananas or some other fruit

Lunch:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese,
  • 1 boiled egg , 5 crackers

Dinner:

  • 2 hot dogs without the bun,
  • 1 cup broccoli, ½ cup carrots, ½ bananas or some other fruit, ½ cup ice cream (vanilla flavor)

Day 3:

Breakfast:

  • 5 crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1apple

Lunch:

  • 1 cooked or boiled egg, a slice of toast

Dinner:

  • 1 cup tuna, ½ bananas or some other fruit, 1 cup ice cream (vanilla flavor)

Note:

  • Include some physical exercise like jogging, walking, swimming, skipping rope or simply walk for 30 minutes a day .
  • Consult a doctor before starting this diet .
