- 5 crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1apple
- 1 cooked or boiled egg, a slice of toast
- 1 cup tuna, ½ bananas or some other fruit, 1 cup ice cream (vanilla flavor)
- Include some physical exercise like jogging, walking, swimming, skipping rope or simply walk for 30 minutes a day .
